| Similar ) This is a forty-five-page PDF document written by the Integration and Alignment Group (IAG) to offer the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) a strategic framework for dialogue about the future direction of the Health Disparities Collaboratives (HDC). The IAG is a HRSA sponsored work group within the HDC consisting of a core group of HDC faculty experts along with an extended ad hoc group of HRSA staff and national HDC partners. The IAG membership represents a broad spectrum of perspectives, ranging from local health center (HC) staff to national condition-specific and process experts. Though the core IAG group drafted this document, its content draws on the cumulative experience of the extended IAG and of the many other HDC stakeholders dating back to the 1998 origins of the HDC.
